What if my partner doesn't want coaching, but I do?

If you are in a relationship and your partner is not interested in coaching I still suggest that you consider coaching for yourself. We all have room for improvement and as a member of a partnership there are certainly things you can do to improve yourself that can lead to better a relationship. You may have to lead by example and show your partner with your actions how beneficial coaching has been for you. 


What kind of people do you work with?

I work with people from all walks of lifes. I am open, understanding, experienced with and considerate of matters relating to gender, race, religion, culture and sexual orientation. I pride myself with providing a safe space for all. I invite anyone to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to discuss any questions, issues, concerns, and goals. 


How many sessions do you recommend?

This depends on many factors and varies from person to person. Some people only need one session to talk something out while others prefer a series of sessions to tackle several subjects. The general recommended amount is between 3-6 sessions, but you'd be surprised to see how beneficial just one session of dedicated time for your betterment can positively impact your life. 


How do we meet?

 

You have several options. We can speak over the phone, schedule a skype session, or meet in person at my office in Woodland Hills, CA. 


How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts up to 50 minutes.


Qualifications?

I am a certified coach with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology. I am also pursing my Master's in Clinical Psychology. However, as mentioned throughout my website it is the combination of my various personal and professional experiences in addition to my extensive education that has developed me into the human being and coach that I am today. 


How much do you charge?

Prices vary depending on whether we work in person, through phone/skype, or schedule a package series of sessions. 

Once a month I take in a handful of clients experiencing financial hardship.
