My Method

I do not subscribe to any form of “one size fits all” coaching.

I am passionate about getting to know each of my clients individually because I know that we are all so uniquely different and what works for one person may or may not work for the next. 

At the core of it all, positivity is my basis for everything. I believe that "positive thoughts lead to positive decisions that result in a positive life". I focus on helping my clients retrain their minds to think positively and always find the good in things. Your mind is much more powerful than you realize. 

Yes, life can be challenging, but embracing all challenges allows us to always use them as opportunity for growth. 

My general method is to stand by you step by step and guide you through your path along the journey.

WHAT IS Coaching?

Many people feel a sense of shame or taboo attached to any kind of therapy, counseling or coaching, but there is no stigma attached to seeing a physician because your body needs them and there shouldn't be a stigma in seeing a coach or therapist because your mind needs it. 

Coaching for the mind is like coaching for the body. If you have ever had someone coach you through a fitness routine you know how helpful it can be. A trainer is there to guide you through your workout routine so that you keep proper form and don't hurt yourself. They are there to push you to work a little harder than you would without their motivation and encouragement and they are there to spot you if you need some assistance because you can't get that last rep in on your own. 

Coaching is the same for your mind.

As a coach, I am here to help you get to your goals in life and or love through positivity, enlightenment, and encouragement.

Coaching Vs. Therapy

Coaches are known for their optimistic and positive energy. They aim to motivate and empower while offering emotional support and building confidence in their clients. Coaching focuses on creating a new life path in order to achieve goals.  

Life coaches do not diagnose, while therapists determine illnesses and pathologies so they can be clinically treated. Therapy many times looks into emotional resolutions to past problems in order to look forward.

Therapists analyze their client's past as a tool for understanding present behaviors.

Life coaches identify current problematic behaviors so the client can work to modify them.

Although there can be an overlap between the two coaching focuses more on controlling thoughts, goals, actions and results whereas therapy focuses more on exploring to understanding the subconscious and conscious mind.

In sum, therapists work on why things happened; coaches work on how to make things happen.     

Both can be extremely beneficial and can even be combined. It just depends on which approach you find more useful for your style or mental health needs.
